The problem is capitalism/classism and the entire world monetary system. Women are judgemental, vein, greedy, and materialistic. It has nothing to do with a man’s ability to take care of his family, because a real happy and appreciative woman will be happy with a sustainable-upper-poor-class to a lower-middle-class life as long as there’s food on the table, school for kids, and roof overhead. Unfortunately they subconsciously want to keep up with the Jones’. As the cost of living goes up, they think it’s real and attainable for the man she has or is about to meet. She wants to be able to have an unquestionable amount of funds left over to splurge on a whim after everything at home is taken care of and this is to be expected indefinitely. Why waste the effort/money trying to please her and her “honorable” family when you can just enjoy life on your own? It’s not your fault she’s corrupted by capitalism, parents, and a over-the-top sense of self-entitlement.?
