Alright McCougnahey still loved his son. He still cried for him in the messages scene, he still cared where he went to college. And who knows? He might’ve died before Murph saw Cooper again at the end. He said that Tom was 5 years older than Murph. So he probably wasn’t alive to see his father again. Now I will say that Cooper should’ve asked, “What about Tom?” When he woke up on Cooper Station.

why is tom an “a-hole”??? and what happens to him at the end, he goes back to meet murph as an old lady but why not tom, he was the one that still sent him videos in space!
